CONVERSATION PIECES
A collaboration project. -
An experiment in conversing through artistic practice instead of language.
Two artists exchange a an artwork. Within a coupe of days both artists create a new piece, in responce to what they received. This piece is also exchanged. In another couple of days a final response is exchanged. No text or explanation is allowed to acompanny the pieces apart from a title or 'this side up'.
This project had its start during an art recidency at the Cite Internationale des Arts in Paris, made possible by the Flemish government.
